Reggie is the founder and owner of Reginald B. Smith, Jr. PLLC, which he established in 2003. In 1991, he received his B.A. in the field of Political Science from Austin College in Sherman, Texas. In college, he was active in the school's renowned Model United Nations Program and various other social science activities, which, along with his academic record, earned him a nomination to and membership in the Pi Gamma Mu Honor Society.
