If you come into this store make sure Luke is the one who helps you with anything! He will go above and beyond to make sure your a happy customer….every other employee there will make you run out that door for being extremely rude…..even tho they have a lot of different design options and good quality material, customer service is what makes a sale! This place is the best! You can wear your creativity by customizing your own apparel at the T-Shack. I came in to have several shirts done with a really hard custom design and the staff was very helpful and polite. Even though they were busy, they wanted to make sure I was being helped and things were done right. The owner, Kareem, even pitched in with making the design alterations himself....a great company, and have used them before and recommend The T Shack to anyone. Thank you Kareem!

Recently had hoodies customized and don't have any complaints about them. I do have to comment on the customer service which was an unfortunate experience. The man was not kind. The treatment we received in comparison to the others in the store was obvious and would have been extremely offensive had I not taken into consideration that he might be having a bad day. A customer had apologized to him for taking so long to send the photo he wanted customized to his email and his response was "no worries your time". Our response after making a similar statement was "please" accompanied

This place is a joke, I called at 3:45 and asked if they could make me some hoodies, the guy that answer said yes, drove up to the store and got here at 4:00, door was locked with no one inside, I’m a reasonable person and said “they might be on lunch” so I waited outside for a hour and 15 mins. And nothing, before I left there was 3 people waiting before I left. BAD BUSINESS. If your going to close, don’t tell future customer your open when your not. Made me waste my time, good way to lose business.

Was desperately looking for a printing shop that does rush orders and t shack was the only one that was able to do it. Literally just 1 shirt. I really recommend not coming here during busy hours. One one guy, multiple customers, didn't get a chance to ask him to help me so I just let him print the shirt. Came out really disappointing, and he goes, "see not bad right" huge discoloration and the colors look faded...I've learned my lesson.

I ordered a simple T-shirt with a piece of toast on it. This order was placed online on 10/19/21 and was quoted to be ready for pickup on 10/22/21. Upon arrival the store is super chaotic. There is no one to greet you or ask how they can help you. My shirt was not ready for pick up on the date quoted. The employee states that the shirt would be ready in 1 hour. Following day no shirt! The employee seemed lost and had to make phone calls to find inventory. Another employee comes in smelling of the best weed in Jamaica and of course he’s confused as well! Went in to get a design printed on a few hoodies and there was one guy at the register and no customers, he didn't bother to even look up from his phone or ask if I needed anything. Reluctantly I asked for pricing and he proceeded to move things around and just said $40 for a hoodie and designs start at $20.. then he turned his back towards me and that was it. He looked annoyed and I wasn't going to force him to speak to me so I left. Considering how bad things are due to COVID, I would think sales would be important to them but he just ended up losing me as a customer for a pretty large

Didn't came out how I would like it. A little disappointed. The only color green on the shirt(and want this color to specifically pop) and it came out way darker green than initially showed. Was told that, that's the only color green they had beside neon green. Would have been good if they call or notify you before proceed. Also there was cracked on the design and was told that's how it is. :-( definitely communicate my disappointments but seem like they won't do anything about it because it's done. Would even hesitant to come if it's the only option.

I own and operate a local business here in Tacoma. I went here to get some hats done and shirts. They seemed overworked when I showed up. Without really getting into details what I wanted they wanted to charge me. I went ahead and did the order. I was not given a break down of prices on everything. I spent over $65 on 1 tshirt (which the logo was not centered) and two hats. I asked for them to embroider the hats, I got screenprint. Absolutely unacceptable service! I paid $45 for a shirt and they never asked where I wanted the print, or how I wanted it. When I told them that the way they did it was not the way I wanted, they proceded to tell me "oh well, if you want to pay $30 more I will fix it." When I asked for the owners name and number, they proceded to tell me that the owner was going to not care and was going to be on the employees side no matter what I said! More then disrespectful and I will never return. I will also be calling the owner and telling everyone I know how horrible the service was here!
