Amazing, Wonderful Experience!!! I did their program TRAINER for the DAY! It was the Most Amazing Day and Life long Dream come true to interact with Dolphins! Monte and Raguel were the trainers that worked with me and they were funny, patient, kind and obviously Love the Dolphins! The Dolphins are healthy, happy, well cared for and excited to meet new friends! With this program I helped prepare the Dolphins food, join in with another groups dolphin interaction, train a dolphin and swim with Dolphins! I could not imagine a more Fulfilling experience. This is a MUST do when visiting Freeport!! Highly

Started off with a little confusion they didn't have our paper work, BUT in the end I had an amazing time. We swam with Goombay and Andros and they were absolutely adorable.
Our tour guide was very funny and personable. He told us a lot of cool information about the facility and all the dolphins that were there. Knowing that they have time to go to the ocean was very sweet and I'm glad they like their home.
I got to swim with flippers and free swim with the dolphins. We also got to make them do some cool tricks and see them do some jumps. We also got pictures for free and that was a wonderful

Great experience with no regrets. The price was affordable, since I booked a snorkeling and close dolphin encounter. This is an activity that anyone at any age can enjoy. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. They made my mother, who was fearful of snorkeling, comfortable enough to get in the water.

I went on the dolphin encounter excursion at Unexso last year. It was amazing! We took a speedboat from the marina over to the dolphin area and our boat guide was wonderful. He pointed out a lot of cool sights and we felt very safe. Note: if you get vertigo or motion sickness, definitely wear your sea bands or patches because the boat is a bit fast.
At the dolphin site: I had thought maybe we'd just be able to watch and pet them briefly, but we were allowed to get in the water with them. Our first dolphin was a bit of a diva! I forget her name but apparently she had been in some movies, and just

We went on a snorkeling and dolphin encounter excursion on a carnival cruise. The staff were extremely friendly and made sure that everyone had a great time. I was hoping to have more of an interaction with the dolphins than just being able to pet one as it swam by, but other than that these guys did a great job! The views on this excursion were amazing!

My husband and I came here last year via Carnival Cruise ship on honeymoon. We signed up for this dolphin excursion through Carnival. I love animals so I really enjoyed spending time with the dolphins. There's a lovely boat ride from the UNEXSO building to the dolphin facility, we saw the coast of the island to the facility, then we traveled through the river back and saw rich houses. The captain was very friendly and cracked many jokes. Beware, Carnival charges double the amount to cruise passengers compared to directly purchasing from UNEXSO's website. I wish I knew that before I purchased the

Went on a two tank dive with them chartered through Carnival Cruise Lines. Boat crew was professional and upbeat. All 4 of them held professional level certifications (Divemaster or higher) and were able to accommodate all skill levels and experience among all the other divers present. The dive site tour is guided so no need to worry about self-navigation or getting lost.
