Upgrade Construction started their first big projects in the Oakland Hills, Ca, after a tragic fire had destroyed approximately 3200 homes. Upgrade was hired to remove the damaged concrete footings, re-grade the home sites, and excavate and drill for new home foundations, which lasted about 2 years.

This is a great company to have come do your work, they came when they said they were going to be there, cleaned up after themselves and had competitive pricing. They answered all my questions, and work with me when I wanted to make some changes with the work I had done.

We have used Upgrade Excavation for multiple projects over the past several years now, pretty much everything from landscape grading to brush and snow removal, up to an including the construction of our driveway, and we couldn’t be any happier with the quality of work and attention to detail that we have received. Mike Nixon with Upgrade Excavation designed and built our cabin site and driveway. He is meticulous and thoughtful, he drove out to our land and carefully listened to our vision. He offered suggestions based on his extensive training and experience and gave us ideas we had not considered. The ideas he gave us far exceeded what we had come up with on our own. Mike showed up on time, communicated clearly and often, and he stayed within our budget. Highly recommended.
