Don Harris, Principal Broker and Auctioneer, has over 35 years experience in marketing rural land and residential properties.

We help sellers with issues such as surveying and design of land tracts. We provide valuable information which can add thousands of dollars to the final sales price.
Services
1. Sellers determine the terms and conditions the "Game Rules" by which Buyers must agree in order to "Bid" for the property. 4. Showings are limited to one open house before the auction date and one open house the morning of the Auction sale day. This means you won't be running around to clean your home day after day with little to no notice for viewings.
2. The process works something like this: Buyers make offers; negotiations the place; an agreement is reached; a contract to purchase is signed. The Contract of purchase is full of contingencies; therefore, know what you are signing. Subject to an appraisal. NOTICE: Just because a buyer and seller agree on a price, is no guarantee the property will appraise for the sale price indicated.
