In the spirit of being up front and honest we have a $1000 job minimum. Yes, that includes all products we sell like TV's, speakers, labor, etc. Once your free system design is agreed upon we ask for half down and typically schedule your installation within a 2-3 week period. We can occasionally turn jobs around quicker but we are professionals focused on you having a quality sales and install experience.

These guys are the best. They love their work and it shows. Tireless commitment to getting things done right. The things they installed for me have never failed. If, like me, you were frustrated with your system and need things fixed properly, they will work with the current system and do everything possible to get things working as they should, no matter how big of a mess it is. We had another company install our smart house and they really did an awful job. Nothing worked right for a year. Keiron from AV CONNECT worked on it and now everything runs very well. From start to finish, I had a great experience working with AV Connect for my home automation project. Travis worked hard with me to firstly decide on the right system for me and answered my many questions in a very timely manner. There was no pushiness on his part to sell me above and beyond what I needed. The BEST AV company I have ever used! Travis runs a tight ship. Great communication and extensive knowledge on the latest AV everything. We had AV Connect install TVs, Apple TVs, game consoles, wifi extenders.... basically, the works! I was so impressed with the gentlemen who came to install. Polite, knowledgable but able to explain things to me in easy to understand non-technical talk, and they really work to go the extra mile. Kyren and Adrin really worked to make sure everything functioned perfectly and that it looked nice. They even organized my magazines on the AV console when they were done

AV Connect has performed A/V/Controls service for us for several years. This year we wanted to do a complete upgrade of our system involving a complex array of multiple TVs, two A/V control centers and wireless controls on climate, lights, draperies and multiple media options. Kurtis and Travis designed the system and worked diligently to install. We now have a 145” 4K projector system with Dolby Atmos 5.1.2 surround sound installed in the ceiling.

The AV Connect techs were prompt, super friendly, and quite knowledgeable in their craft. They resolved all of my AV issues and left me with the great satisfaction of knowing my systems were all operating just as good as when they installed them 6 years ago. At my request, they explained the upgrades now available in the latest systems and the benefits over my older equipment. I will definitely call upon them when the time comes to upgrade.
