I am not sure if this business actually exists....If they do, they need a lesson on customer service and returning phone calls. I have left messages on three different occasions without a single call back. I am in the building industry and I know times are good, but you can be assured that reputation goes a long way when the economy takes a bad turn and bad businesses like this one are remembered. I for one, have nothing good to say and you can be certain I will be sharing this experience with others.....Advice- Stay away from this one.

Gil showed up on time and quickly fixed our broken Hunter Douglas blind. We decided to replace the same broken part in the matching blind since he was here. He was very professional and we would highly recommend him.

Very nice, very professional !! The young gentleman that came to my home to fix my broken blind demonstrated the true meaning of excellent customer service. Truly grateful for your service. These days good customer service seems to be a thing of the past but not with Reno Blinds &Repair, they are excellent !!!!!
