I’m a serious DIY and I almost never write reviews, but these guys have earned my respect. I contacted them with needing specific parts for an older stove, so not a money making deal for them. The technician went above and beyond and not only got the right parts for my current older pellet stove, but provided the parts setup for a newer stove too if I choose to upgrade down the road. He also provided detailed instructions on how to install my parts correctly. I honestly felt that I saved money going here and would make the trip back from Rockville for my HVAC needs.
