Services
Surveying is an important service, but not everyone knows the whats, whens, whys and hows. We hope to make this easier to understand. A property survey describes, maps, and locates land ownership boundaries and corners, features and improvements. Land and its improvements are a major financial investment; therefore, all land ownership boundaries should be located, monumented and mapped by a property survey and filed as a public record.
A land survey is performed by a registered land surveyor for the purpose of describing, monumenting and mapping the boundaries and corners of a parcel of land. It may also include the design and layout of new lots and streets, the determination of the physical features of the land parcel, and the location of the buildings and other improvements upon the land.
We are here for all your surveying needs! Please complete the following fields to the best of your knowledge and we will be in touch with you. Be sure to call us if you have not heard from us within a day or two. Providing your location address will help us do some preliminary research about your property.
We are seeking qualified individuals to join our staff. Candidates needs to be organized and self-directed with a strong work ethic, excellent ability to multi-task, and a strong desire to excel. Prepare and modify site, boundary, and parcel maps. Develop solutions to technical and design problems following established standards.
