The god such a wide variety of equipment I was impressed for those that know the difference they do have a fiber laser which allows you to excellent metal that you cannot do with standard lasers in a lot of engraving shops have. He also has a true engraver so it's pretty comprehensive tool kit for anything you need done.

The particular subject matter for the engraving I needed done was for a memorial to fallen brothers in arms. The care and quality of work, along with the attention to detail exceeded all my expectations. Not to mention at a very affordable cost. Amazing people! Dave and Linda are the definition of southern hospitality. I will definitely be coming back to get a few more AR lowers engraved. PLEASE NOTE, they are not an FFL nor do they perform the NFA engraving standards. If you have a particular firearm part that needs a particular design engraved, contact them via their website FIRST. That being said, I had the pleasure of being shown around their shop and was shown what services they were capable of offering. Which was amazing.

I am beyond impressed by the quality of work Creative Laser provided me. I came in with three metal wallets looking to get my company logo engraved on them. They welcomed me in, had me a seat and as soon as they had my files the wallets we're finished. They let me choose exactly how I wanted the logo printed and perfectly accommodated every little change I asked for. I will recommend them to anyone. This may have been my first experience with them, but it will not be my last!

From the time I called and spoke with David, he was extremely accommodating although the store was closed due to an emergency he still answered the call. When they opened again, I went to the store and placed my order. The customer service etiquette was exceptional, I felt welcomed like an old friend. I received a call from Linda that there was a slight error with my order. She sent pictures so I can see what was done so I can make a decision as I thought it was not a big deal.
What was amazing to me was that she went to 4 different stores to replace what I brought to be engraved. She was sincerely

These folks are awesome! Got the new Airpod Pros engraved with name and number and couldn’t be happier (can’t add photos because of my phone #, but they turned out great).
They actually engraved them on the Airpods themselves so there was very little margin for error. I was a walk-in on a Saturday and they did them in a couple minutes while I waited.
Bottom line: great customer service, great products, flexible hours, and fair prices!
Would definitely recommend and will be back in the future.
