When I wanted to get braces as an adult, I was apprehensive, but Dr. Verbic and his team made the process easy and comfortable every step of the way. They strike the perfect balance of being knowledgeable, professional and friendly. It’s been a few years since I finished with Invisalign, and my teeth still look great. I recently had to come back in for a new retainer, and they were as nice and welcoming as always. Their new location is clean, modern and conveniently located. The warm cookies and other lobby treats are an added bonus!

I've been attending this practice for about 5 years. During the five years, Dr. Verbic and his staff have done everything they could to help me through the slightly rough times and all the better times. Everybody has been totally supportive and helpful throughout. My end result is a great smile and healthy teeth. Thanks for everything Dr. Verbic and staff! By the way, the cookies were always great and quite a treat.

I went to the new office at Palatine last week and I can say, it is just amazing. Everything looks brand new and the atmosphere there is nice and cozy as usual with dr. Verbic's team. Verbic Orthodontics does a wonderful job taking care of their patients and making sure you feel comfortable. I have been coming here since I was a kid and have always loved conversing with staff. My two children and my husband have used Verbic Orthodontists and we are very satisfied with the results. My son had a severe under bite and teeth crowding his sinuses. After a month of an orthodontic expander, his face changed dramatically and sinus infections were a thing of the past. My daughter had an overbite and missing adult teeth. Her teeth aligned beautifully, just in time for high school. My husband decided to try Invisalign and is very happy with the results and convenience. Overall friendly and professional staff who are results driven!

I can't say enough about Hayward, Verbic & Edgcomb. Two of our kids have gotten braces there and the doctors and staff are amazing. They're informative, friendly, flexible and really care about my family. One snowy weekend evening my son had a fall and hit his face, without going into the gory details, we were planning to take him to the emergency room, but when we called the office to tell them what happened. Dr. Verbic said to first meet him at the office. He left wherever he was, met us out in front of the office with a huge smile and a friendly greeting and took care of our son

With putting two kids in braces, I have experience working with Dr Hayward and Dr Verbic and Dr Edgcomb and happy with all of them. Dr Hayward was great, but so are Dr Verbic and Dr Edgcomb. They are both very nice, approachable and knowledgeable. I originally choose Dr Hayward due to him using the Damon system and his reputation - this continues with Verbic and Edgcomb.
I was also very impressed when my permanent lower retainer broke and Dr Edgcomb fixed it - at No Charge! This was not expected and went above and beyond. It's these kind of acts that go a long way and will always remember
