My husband and I recently visited the Honda store this weekend and had a great experience! Everyone was eager to help us and if they did not know the answer they went and found the answer for us.

Even though we did not come in to buy a bike, the salesman took the time to let my husband sit on the bike and discuss features on each one. They were great to handle an exchange we had and everyone was super friendly! We work in customer service based retail and will be back! The staff and sales people are really helpful and amazing and friendly they always ask if you need any help or if you have been helped or if you anything!

The sales staff was great. I was able to do 90% of the purchase online. All I had to do was come in and sign the paperwork and wound up buying several accessories. I will definitely do business with again. I searched far and wide (within NC/SC) for a 2019 Honda PCX and Brandy and the team at Honda of North Carolina made it a pretty easy decision!

Update 1: Received call from manager. Will update review after my problem is corrected.
Update: They sure will sell you a bike but after that no one will help. I’ve called and called and left messages to their finance dept and I can’t get anyone to answer me. I will have to drive the 1hr and half to force them to talk to me.
Brandy was very helpful in helping me purchase my motorcycle. The dealership is clean, new and the people are very professional. Best Honda dealership in the area! I will be a lifelong customer!

After months of waiting for them to get back with me about fuel pump warranty on sxs gave up and called Brushy mountain power sports and got scheduled for the next week. Shame that the local Honda dealership could care less about their customers who bought from them

I contacted Honda of North Carolina on 10/14/21 for a warranty repair on my pioneer. A few months later and the issue still isn’t resolved. I have called Honda of North Carolina on two other occasions to try and have my issue resolved and got nothing but being passed from one employee to another with no answers. If anyone is looking to purchase any Honda power sport or have repairs done I highly encourage you take your business elsewhere.

Straightforward dealership. No games. Better inventory than most and competitive pricing. Bought 2 bikes about 6 weeks apart from Brandy and drove 2 1/2 hours to pick them up. Would recommend if your in the market for any new Honda Powersport!

Sales and parts have been great. Nothing but great things to say. But Service let me down. Brought atv in I purchased from an individual. As I have done in the past with my other atv’s they do a “diag” and go through bike to make sure there is nothing missing, broken, or damaged. Needless to say I got atv home with a clean bill of health except a cv axle (which was already on my punch list before they even seen atv) and I find over 300$ in damage to radiator and fan. So the technician didn’t look over bike, but charged me non the less… the service manager made dodged me call for 2 days

They had the only 2021 Goldwing Tour manual trans within 350 miles of me, at 347 miles. We did everything on the phone, text and email. When I arrived to pick it up, everything went perfectly. Brandy and the team behind her did a great job! I'd highly recommend Honda of North Carolina!!

Very nice store. Convenient location. The lady in the sales department super knowledgeable but very very slow paced. Not very much merchandise for the store to be so big... the lady at the center counter knows absolutely nothing. I understand she may be new but someone should be helping her....

Told me to buy a $1500 part that didn’t fix the problem. They couldn’t get the part but I got it from another dealer. Was told (on a recorded phone call, I have recordings) that I would be refunded even if I bought it somewhere else, if it didn’t fix it. They had bike for 1 1/2 to 2 months or so. Bike never got fixed. Was told to pay them $60 and to come get the bike. When I asked about the 1500, they said they were gonna re write my bill to equal 1500 because all the time they had in it. Bike still isn’t fixed. Still don’t know what’s wrong. Now I got a 1500 part that I don’t need
