At Hamilton Advanced Dentistry, we strive to provide our patients with quality dental service in a comfortable environment. Dr. Eli Johnson has been providing dental services to Hamilton and the surrounding Bitterroot Valley since 2007. After receiving his Doctorate of Dental Surgery or DDS degree from Creighton University, he purchased his dental practice from Dr. James W. Olson, who started and ran the practice for over 30 years.

At Hamilton Advanced Dentistry we are always accepting new patients. At your first exam, we will evaluate your dental needs using digital x-rays. These digital x-rays are used to see any underlying problems that are not visible from the surface and are very safe. To expedite your check in process for your first visit, please print and fill out the below forms.

Seldom do people relish the notion of going to the dentist, I know I certainly did not...until finding Hamilton Advanced Dentistry! Wow, just wow! Aside from having a professional, caring, capable team, it is obvious that this practice is completely cutting edge. Advanced is in their name and it truly does have meaning. I admire their desire to lead the pack when it comes to technology in dentistry. Everything is designed for patient comfort, ease of treatment and efficiency. I would give dr. Eli Johnson and dr. Danny Wharton 100 Stars if I could!!! Dawn, Mindy and all the rest of the staff are fantastic and friendly. I have had 2 major things happen with my back teeth and I have never experienced a dental organization like this one. They were able to address my needs within hours! I recommend them for All you Dentistry Needs!

I have been a patient of Dr. Wharton and Dr. Johnson for over 5 years. My experience with them has always been very welcoming and informative. They make sure that I understand my treatment options as well as explain the important to my overall health. During the pandemic they have done all they could to ensure patient safety. Between my interactions with the staff and both doctors, I felt comfortable about the barriers they had in place as well as their communication of the measures they are taking to ensure patient safety.

My family could not be more pleased with the care we have received from Dr. Wharton, Dr. Johnson, and the entire staff. They are professional, friendly, and their office has always been a step above! We have small children (ages 2 and 3), and both dentists have made visiting the office a fun experience for our boys. Our kids LOVE Dr Dan and Dr Eli!
I had them do invisible aligners for me, and my treatment happened to overlap with the covid pandemic. This required me to make MANY visits into the office at a time I wasnt comfortable going just about anywhere. I can say from first hand

We have been patients of Advanced Dentistry since they took over from Dr Olson. I dont like having to go to the dentist but it's not bad when they have such a kind hearted staff to take care of you. BIG shout out to TAM. I dont know what we would do without her. She shows up to work with a smile and kind words even when she's had a rough day. Horrid, horrid people. I called to make sure they were wearing masks and I was told the front desk people did not. I asked the dentist, Dr. Johnson, to call me to discuss this and he was rude and told me they did not need to wear masks because they would be breathing their own air and could not talk on the phone. Stay away from these people who falsely call themselves health professionals

This dentist office is extremely clean and everyone was so polite.
Nicole is the sweetest gal! She took her time and went over all my needs and seemed to really care about what I wanted done. She pays close attention to detail. Very friendly has wonderful product! She even had a chocolate mask that smelled so yummy!!! Nicole is very knowledgeable and she has the perfect touch. I can’t wait to come in for another treatment.
