Drainage Solutions
Proper home drainage will protect your residence's foundation from natural erosion. Lawn drainage systems prevent standing water from making slippery surfaces and prevent your landscape from drowning underneath inches of rainwater. Each of the potential hazards and problems that a drainage system prevents has the potential to be costly and dangerous.

Drainage Solution Pros can help you with your drainage system installation, and we can also help you predict drainage issues before you start building any new feature, whether that be a new patio or a new landscape bed. With our help, you will be able to give your yard the drainage solutions it deserves.
Services
Our stormwater management solutions help control runoff and eliminate standing water across a variety of residential applications. Our wide range of solutions and products collect, convey and retain stormwater throughout your yard to help prevent damage to your home, giving you peace of mind. Our process ensures that we are meeting our clients' needs by formally walking through the problem and the solutions to remedy the issues.
Drainage services are necessary to ensure your lawn and home are protected from standing water and floods. By taking steps to install quality drainage system in your home, you can prevent serious water damage from occurring to your household. Our Louisiana environment promises heavy rainfall at least a few times a year.
This water could have the potential of causing indoor flooding and possible destruction to your lawn or garden, neither of which are acceptable to any homeowner. If this water is making its way onto the driveways or patios then it could render these areas unusable or potential for a slip and fall.
Older systems may have been installed with black corrugated piping, which is a type of pipe we generally highly recommend against. Why? Well, the durability simply does not outlast a hard PVC piped system. Other causes for a system failure could be due to the addition of new landscapes or hardscapes that have altered the original flow of water.
Ground saturation is when the soil underneath your home absorbs too much water. Soils rich in clay will often have this problem, and cause the soil to not support heavy weight. If not fixed correctly, and in a timely manner, you could risk losing sod or garden plants. If the soil has too much water in it, plants can drown and the ground can turn very soft.

Ever since we moved into our house, we have had standing water causing any number of problems from mosquitoes to mold. Mike and his crew installed an attractive efficient system that drains effortlessly into our culvert quickly and invisibly. No more mosquitoes or puddles! Thank you, Drainage Solutions.

We had terrible drainage problems for years. Every heavy rain and we were threatened with water getting into the house. I found McWane Contractors. Mike came out quickly and gave us an estimate. The work was done next week. As it happens on August 28, Baton Rouge had deluge of 5-6"" of rain in an hour. We watched the water flow into the catch basins and into the piping system and away from the house. Mike Coates' workers were prompt and cleaned up afterwards. I am very satisfied with the job.
