I originally precessed my pc to be worked on due to games crashing in November 2021. They diagnosed the issue as memory and chip issues which I agreed to. Days after receiving my computer back I had the same issues of games crashing. They never addressed the root cause. I took it back and explained, I was charged for more 2 days of diagnostics on the same problem I initially brought to them months prior and was assured my problem was fixed. I love supporting local businesses but be weary of them trying to install unnecessary parts. Do better as a local business please.

My fdaughter happened upon MTEKZ in Hartville by chance. I went there for several issues and found John, the associate there, the most helpful guy I've ever encountered for my computer issues. He was patient, answered anything I asked and went above and beyond helping me get my new computer set up. Even called me at home after he knew I was most likely going to need help setting up something on my computer. MTEKZ will be my new go to (bye bye Best Buy!) and hopefully John will be there a long time. Highly recommend!

Called in to inquire on services, spoke with John. I decided to take laptop in for diagnosis. While in the shop, saw a printer, asked questions about output and extra tray, John had information and pricing for extra accessories as well as the cost of ink for the printer on the spot-Impressive! Called me within an hour of leaving to advise the problem with the laptop, then also provided information on printers currently available on the market that match precisely with what I'm looking for-Very helpful information, additionally impressive! I approved the repair and within an hour, had the laptop
