Mr. Buckman represented a woman who was struck by an automobile when crossing the street. At issue on appeal was whether Mr. Buckman convinced the jury to award his client too much money. Eric Farris accepted a retainer for a case re a fraudulent lien filed by a contractor. He does NOT know the real estate law he touted, took the money, THEN found out he couldn't recoup attorney fees from the other party.....which meant a court case was a no go, for either party...

I've wasted several thosands on this lawyer. Going thru a difficult divorce and custody battle. Amber never stood up for me in court. Seemed like she just wanted to agree with the other lawyer. My case went to trial and i changed lawyers asap!!! i highly recommend christy shircliff. I would have evidence to use in court and amber would tell me just to be quiet and see what the judge says, but not once did she send the evidence to the judge, therefore i looked bad to the judge. I wouldnt recommend this law firm to anyone!!! please dont waste your time. I dont feel like my case would have went to

Amber Jones is the worst lawyer anyone could ever ask for. She was working with the prosecutors to basically put me in jail for no reason. She was telling me I will have to go to a trial. As if I murdered someone or something. I was almost about to go to jail until I fired her then as soon as I got a new lawyer my case was dismissed. She was a nightmare! She never let me know anything. Just the worst people u have to watch out. A bad lawyer like her can end you up behind bars.
