Along with the Project Developer that assisted in the preliminary design stage, you will also have a dedicated Project Manager that will assist throughout the project completion and clean-up.

I must admit I am perplexed on how to write this review. First of all - from inside my covered patio it looks amazing. I do like the space, but the reason for my low rating is to do with everything else.
First - we were sold the addition would look like the builder built it. In fact it very much looks like an addition. The roof does not match the rest of my house, while I understand why they had to use the product they did - I feel I should have been in the design phase of the issue. Now I have a roof that doesn't match, has patches of roof tar on it and at times appears to have bubbles forming

We had Texas Custom Patios create and build a major patio project for us. We initially met with 3 different companies, and we selected TCP because Steven created an excellent design and talked us through their great thoughts about our project.

In the age of covid we are all living in its important to evaluate how and where you spend your time. We decided that since home is where we now spend most of our time we should improve the look of it. So we looked at pinterest, houzz, and other places for outdoor patio designs. If there was a phrase that could describe TCP, then it would be "Great Customer Service". Our experience with Ryan and his team was nothing but positive. We appreciate the time they took to understand our wishes for the project within our budget. Our outdoor kitchen, patio, and roof were completed within 3 months (this includes the whole process of drawings, permits, and construction).
If there's anyone that is interested in building an outdoor kitchen, a general rule of them in this industry is that for every linear foot of counter space, it's $1k. However, consider more room for your patio.

I did my due diligence in researching my ideas and interviewing builders. In fact, one major player was scared off upon assessing my needs. We have a tricky roof line and a patio completely exposed to the elements.
I knew what I wanted- I wanted to describe my vision and sit back to allow the builder to handle all the details! I did not want to have to supervise the work. This is where Brian exceeded my expectations. I was able to relax while he handled EVERYTHING! When I did have a question...or last minute idea, he was immediately available & so easy to work with.

We were so disappointed in our brief experience with Texas Custom Patios. Like another reviewer, we were a bit put off by Crystal's not-so-veiled "qualifying" of our financial ability to afford their services before agreeing to make an appointment for a "free quote", but understood that they don't want to waste their time and resources with homeowners who have an unrealistic idea of the cost of adding an outdoor living space. Once she was satisfied that we were good candidates, Crystal scheduled an appointment 3 weeks out for Josh to come and visit with us at our home

My experience with Texas Custom Patios was NOT a good one. First, they wanted to make sure that I could afford their services. I was specifically told their average job was between $15k and $20k prior to anyone coming out. Okay, no problem! When the contractor came out, he looked over an older deck that I wanted replaced, discussed some ideas, and said he would get back to me with some quotes and prices. He never did! I called to follow up and they did not bother to call me back. Big disappointment and a loss for them! Someone else now has my business. Perhaps if I had a home in River

I had Texas Custom Patios do an extension project to my current patio. Jeremy was my contact person/contractor and he was great. Setting up an appointment was easy. He came over and listen to the ideas I was looking for and was able to stay within budget. I am so happy I went with TCP because it was definitely a stress free project. They were exactly what I was looking for. Yes, I could've gone to some on Craigslist and let a stranger into my yard... or get referrals from other people but I chose to pay a little more to get what I want without any issues.
