Had the most amazing ride to the airport today. Jim was my driver and was so friendly. Was very knowledgeable about Reading that i wished i had called him earlier to get suggestions on some of the sites to visit around Reading. Honestly could not find anyone else to take me on a short notice. Booked with David and he was straightforward and also nice. The SUV was nice, clean, and the ride was smooth. Their rates were very reasonable and that included the taxes and tip. Would definitely recommend this business to others.

Very friendly driver, clean professional vehicle, and very accommodating. I had to catch a flight the next morning and needed a driver at 4am. The gentleman who answered my phone call was so nice and actually called back when he said he would. Only reason only 4 stars because the driver was a little late so I couldn't get a cup of coffee at the airport lol

We used Wyomissing Limo to take us to and from the airport in Philadelphia from Hamburg. There were six of us that road down, and four passengers that road back the first week- 2 passengers leaving two weeks later. Our driver Jim was on time for all three trips, extremely professional, and held intriguing conversation. Jim has has had many life experiences and was able to make relatable conversation with all of our various parties. We've been using Wyomissing car service for over 1.5 years & have always had excellent service. Their drivers are on time,friendly & courteous. They will always take the best & shortest route to the airport or wherever you are going. We highly recommend this driving service !

Made arrangements for a shuttle for an upcoming Nov. trip to Reading. Plans changed and we needed to cancel the reservation. E-mailed several times to cancel and have the fee refunded. Called several times as well. No return confirmation of cancellation. No return e-mails or return phone calls. This company is very good about taking your credit card and charging it up-front, but very poor about crediting it back. Their stated policy is a full refund with 24-hour cancellation notice. I'll consider modifying this review if/when I get my money back.

Have used this service many times and each driver is very courteous and more importantly, have been on time for each trip. Will be renting their limo bus for my next event and am very excited! Definitely will refer to anyone needing transportation to anywhere.

This company is great! I had to call for a last minute pick up today. David the owner was extremely helpful and was able to schedule a driver with less than an hour's notice. Alex the driver arrived on time and was friendly and courteous. We definitely plan to utilize their services again.

We scheduled transportation to PHL about a month ago for a trip leaving4/10. We were told we would receive a confirming call the day before. We never received a call. The day of our trip I started calling them leaving 4 messages on both the office number and the owners cell phone. Last message I left informed them to simply cancel the transportation. We drove to the airport and about 15 minutes AFTER our scheduled pick up time we received a text asking for our address for our pickup. Terrible service and we have yet to receive a refund.

Had to file complaint with my credit card company and BBB.. for..$377 taken off my card.. with no services rendered and no refund..I cancelled my reservation a month in advance..and company took my money..so if you want your money taken.... this is the company too use.. well had to file complaint with police and credit card company..stay away from this business.

Loved Wyo car service but would have appreciated them contacting me 24 hours before my pickup. This lack of communication had me concerned because I had no idea who my driver was or how I could reach him. No idea how an airport shuttle can operate this away!

We bought the service of taking us to the PHL airport and the return home service. It was wonderful! It was convenient and easy to book!

I would give the driver, Joseph, five stars, because he was so terrific. However, the company website is unclear (bordering on deceptive) with regard to pricing. I was in from out of state and needed to use the service from PHL to an address in Wyomissing. The website makes it seem like the fare is $99 one way. Yet, I later learned, after being charged $130 on my credit card that this is special pricing if you do a round trip. I paid Joseph a cash tip, and yet was charged for a predetermined tip on my credit card, which was part of that $130 charge. I understand adding the tolls on top, but to

WOW this is the best. David is so accommodating. Especially since I was doing the arranging from California. We have used them a few times to get our granddaughter (age 18) from Penn State Berks to Philadelphia and then back. They have been wonderful and she loves this service. Can't ask for a better place. Had to make a rushed trip to Reading, PA a a week or so ago. We arranged for the Wiomissing Car Service to pick up us at the Philly airport. They were there for us, even though our plane was late! The driver was friendly and great conversation on the one hour-ish ride to Reading. Different drive on the return to the Philly airport a few days later but just as punctual and friendly. I can't imagine getting better service!

Booked a car for just myself for a one way trip to Philadelphia airport from Reading (about 60 mile trip). Booking was easy although I was charged $110 even though their website advertises a $99 fare for Philadelphia airport trips.
My flight was at 905am so I asked for a 630am pick-up. Dispatcher didn't bat an eyelid about the scheduling. When booking, they asked me for my address which I provided.
At 6:23AM I get a text message from the driver asking my address. I responded with the address.
At 637am the driver arrived. It was a Dodge Caravan, probably at least a 2010s vehicle.
