In 2011 Warren Bailey, Brad Bailey and Michael Luna began discussing an idea to set out to build the best express car wash possible. That's why we offer our Blue Rain Complete Service to keep things fresh no matter how many miles you've logged behind the wheel. Whether it's in Pelham or on Hwy 280 our team members can take care of everything while you wait.
Each month that membership is renewed, members of the Blue Rain Monthly Wash Club may wash their vehicle once every 24 hours. Blue Rain management reserves the right to cancel, amend or change the program from time to time as it deems necessary. The Blue Rain Wash Club is month to month, there are no long term commitments or contracts, no hidden cancellation charges.
We've all had it happen at one time or another, we're driving down the road or interstate and a rock hits the windshield causing damage. Car wash was OK. Good for a $8 fees. All the amenities like rags and glass cleaner included. Vacuums were HORRIBLE. Tried more than one and very low suction power. This was a saturday afternoon when the were busy but not swamped. Went after to a coin vacuum and finished the job.

I love the convenience of the car wash but the worker who scrubs the front and rear bumper acts like they have arthritis and barely does anything that helps, the wash itself doesn't seem to clean the rear of my truck or my wife's SUV too well and the tire shine doesn't make your tires shine the way I would EXPECT them to. I always have to use my own towel to dry the windows before water spots dry up and even when you pay for the bug prep or heavy prep, which is an extra costs, they don't get all the mud or bugs off, which again I expect it to be done right. I am not one to typically leave reviews, but I was SO IMPRESSED with my experience today I wanted to share. I got the Manager’s Special, with exterior wax and interior detailing. My car literally looked brand new after the wash/wax. The two gentlemen that detailed my car did a phenomenal job as well. I bring my vehicle to Mercedes often to get cleaned, and these two detailed it even better than the dealership! Overall, very impressed with the result today and would highly recommend.

I went to 280 location Friday at 4:28 and wanted to get my car detailed and got in line and then was told we can't do it today and told me to come back tomorrow but never gave me a reason. So I went back today and was there when they opened and got around to the tunnel got out of my car and then told me that it's too early for a detail and I said a guy told me yesterday to come at 7 to get it done. So I waited for 5 minutes and they finally took it in.

My experiences coming to this carwash have all been good. When I drive up to the selection screen an attendant has always been willing to help me select a carwash or use the touchscreen for me if I don't want to touch it. In my experience I have always had pleasant interactions with the employees. The only minor annoyance that makes me cringe is once in the carwash there's a part where 2 spinning brushes usually push my side view mirrors out in a way where I hope they don't rip them off my truck even after I fold them in before entering the car wash. I took my car to the 280 location and it didn't come out clean. This was during the Covid 19 and the female worker told me it didn't get clean because I didn't buy a better wash. She came right up to my window after I asked her to stay 6 feet away and was very rude! When I asked who was the owner she said Brad. Refused to help me clean off the windshield so I left. Kindness goes a long way and is so important during these times.

DO NOT GO HERE! I decided to get the car detail at Blue Rain at Tattersall. I took my car through the wash and then got out to let the workers detail my car. As soon as I started to drive off after the workers finished I saw a crack in my windshield. It was NOT there before. I immediately turned around and they wrote up an incident report. On the report it stated someone would follow up in 2 business days. 11 days later I still had not heard a word. I called and they returned my call Heath said he looked at the video footage in the car wash tunnel and he could see there wasn't a crack in

I was fed up with other car washes where you feed quarters into the vac for a set few minutes of time-only to find that the filter is clogged and the vac is weak. After you go through the Blue Rain wash you can pull up to a bank of powerful vacuums and with unlimited use. Free towels for wiping your car are provided. There are free car mat cleaners. A sign says that headlight restoration is on site for an extra fee. A vending machine

This place is terrible! Don't waste your money. I spent more time wiping my truck down and cleaning spots off. I could have done a better job with a spray bottle and a towel...seriously. My fault because I've visited here before and had the same results. I was just hoping they had improved.

Still not impressed! Actually disappointed that I spent $10(more than the first time) on this carwash. I got a nice email in response to my last review encouraging me to return on a different day. Indeed I brought my business back and spent more money. This time I chose after work on a Friday evening, the line moved much smoother though well populated. Once I finished pre-soaking my car, I was first in line (yippe skippy!)
So why am I disappointed you ask....I have white water stains on my car after pulling out of the lot. If I wanted to wipe my car down with a rag to ensure no stains remained
