With 14 years of dental experience, Carrie Green joined Dr. Burn's staff as a Registered Dental Hygienist. She graduated from the University of Louisiana-Monroe with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. Carrie shares Dr. Burn's dental philosophy, "I love helping my patients achieve a healthy beautiful smile and seeing how that smile transforms their self-esteem and confidence."
Dr. Burns is originally from El Dorado but has been in the St. Louis area practicing dentistry for the past 27 years. He is thrilled to be returning to south Arkansas and is committed to providing quality of care to patients in the areas of General Dentistry, Cosmetic Dentistry and Bio-rejuvenation Dentistry.

I am so upset with the service that this doctor's office has given me. I feel as if I have been conned by them out of my money and my insurance money. I went into this dentist office a year ago with a broken tooth and a hollow tooth. I wanted my tooth pulled they said first they have to do a cleaning and a descaling and some drilling and filling. Over a year and thousands of dollars spent later they tell me they don't do extractions on the day they scheduled an appointment for an extraction. If I had to go to another dentist to get what I needed done they should have told me at the beginning and

Really appreciate the time and effort he spent with me to make sure I was always comfortable since I have a long standing fear of dentists. Always discussed everything with me so I understood exactly what he was going to do and gave me plenty of options to consider. He has some of the coolest “dentist gadgets “ ever!!! I have had the best experience at Dr. Burns office! All of their equipment is nice. The dental assistant Hillary is the best & Carrie is so sweet and educational. She talks to me the whole time I’m in her chair, gives tips, and tells me helpful things I have never been told before! 10/10 recommend this office.

I am so pleased with the results of my teeth!! Dr Burns and his whole staff are absolutely the best! Not only do my teeth look great, but they feel fantastic. I never thought about how teeth fit together and relieve pressure. Dr Burns realigned my teeth and fixed the whole problem instead of just the outer part. I now look great AND feel great! The staff in his office, worked as a team to make this happen for me. They respect each other and support each other and made me feel like I was special. They are so much fun to be around. I loved going to every appointment. Truly, this experience was wonderful
