We offer services such as comprehensive hearing evaluations, using specialized diagnostic testing equipment. Helping you select the proper hearing aid that best meets your needs. Then we back it up, providing support, counseling and maintenance service for you and your hearing system.
During your examination you will be tested using a series of low & high frequency words to determine your ability to understand verbiage within a conversation. We will also give you several words to repeat. The results will help us determine your percentage of hearing loss, your ability to understand speech and how hearing aids will improve your ability to hear.
Lyndi is a licensed certified hearing healthcare professional and on the board of Directors of the Illinois Hearing Society. She graduated with distinction from DePaul University, with a Masters Degree in Liberal Arts, concentrating in Integrative Medicine.

It's nice to know that there are still places like this in existence. The experience was great from start to finish. They went above and beyond to help our uncle get the best hearing aid for him and not for a sale. They even helped us get an appointment for an ear cleaning which happened to be on the same day. Even the billing process went smooth. If your looking for a family oriented experience instead of being a number, this is the place.
