I love the guys at Hines Auto Repair! I've used them for quite sometime and feel they take the best care of me! Very honest! They are all so kind and helpful! I, for one, trust them with my life because I'm always in my car! I know it is in top knotch shape and have no fear of any problems traveling the highways alone.

They have done ALOT of work for me on numerous vehicles. I work with CARSTAR A&J Collision and they are one of the shops that we send our work to. They are great with communication, and very fair priced, and quick and completing the work to get the vehicle back to the customer. Will continue to use them, and refer customers to Hines when they have mechanical issues that we wouldn't handle inhouse.

When my son's car started overheating I took it to a shop in Greenbrier. They told me it was the water pump going out and it would be $2400 to replace it. No explanation for the high cost just replace a water pump! So I got a second opinion at Hines. The gentleman that helped me explained that the pump is built in to the timing system and that was the reason for cost. Makes perfect sense when someone takes the time to explain where your hard earned money is going. His car Emogene is back on the road and running great. If you are not car savvy and want a service center that gives you explanation

Being a former mechanic I have looked for a place that fixes vehicles not just repairs them. There is a big difference. I found Hines a few years ago and now only do business with them. Last job was a diagnostic of a starting problem with a 2004 Impala. They found it. They fix the problem. Seems like all they know how to do is "fix" problems. Well worth your time to investigate Hines.

Once again Hines fixed my Jeep. I can assure you with traveling the state I’ve given Hines a run for their money with car issues to repair. Whoopsie.
If you’re a female TAKE your vehicles to Hines. They will work with you, they’re honest, and all very respectful. They won’t make you feel “dumb”. If you’re a female than you know exactly what I’m talking about! They’ve taken care of my entire family for years when it comes to all our cars! This shop and group of men will treat you like family and fix all your car issues. Can’t recommend

These guys are amazing! I had to bring not one but two cars in for brake repairs within a week of each other. Not only did they provide excellent service, but also did so at a fair price. They’re my new go-to mechanics for just about everything!

I'm satisfied each time I use Hine's Auto Service for my car repairs. There have been times when the parts that were replaced were inefficient and they replaced those parts, free of charge.
The team of mechanics are very knowledgeable and always provide me with a simplified diagnosis of the issues and how they plan to resolve them.
My Ford Taurus initially had many issues and since trusting Hine's Auto Services with all of it's repairs, I've been able to rely on my car to transport me without worries. When there were instances that my car wouldn't start or would break

A friend had some work done here and it wasn't done correctly. Her check engine light came on right after the service and she took it to another mechanic who told and showed her the work wasn't done correctly. She has to pay additional hundreds of dollars to fix a job that should have been fixed by Hines. Hines wouldn't reimburse her or make the situation right as such they are being called out for their lack of customer service.

I am used to receiving impeccable service from Hines Team. Unfortunately, one of the managers blatantly lied to me during my last service experience. I had $1,400 worth of work performed on my vehicle. the price was fair and once the repairs were completed, Rick called me to inform me that the air bag light came on. He further stated that they can diagnose the issue for a fee. I drove paid the $1400 and drove away in the car. A friend who is a mechanic diagnosed the issue and stated that Hines likely caused the issue (not a fact. just his opinion). when I called Hines, Rick told me that they figured

This place is horrible. I take my truck to them once and we say fix the things that really need to be fixed. The main problems. Get it back after they "fix it" and find out by a college student in automotive classes that I have a blown head gasket and blown radiator. And for some reason the people that get paid to fix it couldn't figure that out. And plus they are way to high for there bad work. And most of them have really bad attitudes. And I will never go back to them again

Came for an oil change and tire rotation. I had two new tires on my passenger side and needed one moved to the front driver side which I explained when I got there. An hour later I came back and the tires weren't even rotated as I had asked. Took 10-15 more minutes to get it done right. The next day I lost a hubcap to one of my tires while driving and noticed there was a missing bolt on the harness of my radiator fan. WILL NOT RETURN.

After researching websites in the Conway area I chose Hines Service Center because they had great reviews. We are not from the Conway area but my husband has worked over there for 6 years. BEWARE of REVIEWS on BUSINESS' WEBSITES!!! My husbands 2010 Ford F150 Platinum needed new brake pads. During the course of the day Lori called & strongly suggested that they be allowed to "flush the radiator" as she would be leery about allowing a vehicle with radiator fluid that looked "like pond water" back on the road. I wish they had felt that strongly about allowing a vehicle

I had my truck towed here after it stalled at a traffic light. They discovered fuel gauge had quit working and I had simply run out of gas. However, they also recommended I let them install a new MAP sensor as the current one was now causing my truck to idle very rough and to occasionally die after turning on the ignition. They said it would cost $180. A quick Google search told me that if I bought the part myself for $50, I could do it myself with little worry. So I did. IT TOOK ME LITERALLY 15 SECONDS. And I have very limited car knowledge. Which is likely why they thought they could charge me

I called and talked on the phone with an employee about fixing my AC , they were rude and they couldn't get off the phone quick enough. Then I decided I was already nearby so I'd go ahead and stop in. The young man at the desk didn't even look up from his phone until I walked up and said hello. I asked if someone could look at my compressor and he said as soon as the man behind him was off the phone he would send him out and went immediately back to his phone. I sat outside for 20 minutes waiting for SOMEONE to help me but everyone just looked at me like they were curious as to why
