About a week ago I set up an appointment with Greg (the owner) to come out to my home for an design estimate. Told him I needed help designing my backyard. I was interested in planting plants and hardscape designs but wasn't sure what would work for my backyard. He reassured me he had great ideas and agreed to meet with me to discuss them. Cool! Things continued to look promising when he showed up to on time. However, the moment he stepped into the backyard and found out I wasn't interested in having a retaining wall built (which I know is extremely expensive) and only interested in something more
