Spencer grew up around Lifestyle Outdoor his entire life and used to think everyone had a hot tub in their backyard. He was brought on to help with digital marketing, but soon found himself helping customers in the showroom. He now splits his time between the two roles. Spencer has a natural ability to find the hot tub that best fits a customer's needs, all the way from the size of the spa down to each and every jet.

Ordered a Hot Springs Beam around April 2021 and received it in September which is not too bad during the pandemic when most places I called around said almost a year out! They arrived on time and the setup was quick, I was surprised to learn upon delivery the cover lift was on backorder (again, pandemic), but Lifestyle quickly remedied that for me and found me an equivalent and slightly nicer lift available sooner and they honored the price I'd already paid. Communication and service was great throughout the process and they gave me a very fair price in the end, especially considering the insane

Zero Stars but they make you pick One before you can press Post. Worst service ever. After a (3x) confirmed service call for today Wed Nov 24/21 (booked & confirmed 5 days earlier - Sat Nov 20/21 - and confirmed with details with a total of 3 live person to person phone calls on Monday & today + 2 voicemails left today) - Jessica represents that GPS & a service person called & showed up - when NO missed calls & RING cameras prove that the Lifestyle serviceperson & the staff ie: Jessica & the service TEAM are not being truthful. So I now have very unhappy tenants for Thanksgiving who had been assured

We have also learned the fine art of patience. In the meantime, we shopped online for spas. There are many clownshows and charlatans out there ready to take your money. Where a brick and mortar dealer becomes golden is when the spa is delivered. The care and professional handling of you 800 lbs spa is better left to people you can trust. We are lucky to have Alyssa, Kelly, Jen, and Javier to hand hold, guide and be a supporting force that we continue to rely upon. I strongly recommend these good folks

The team at Lifestyle Outdoor has been fantastic to work with. We knew little about the process at the beginning of our journey to get an Endless Pool and Jeff and Kelly both made the experience easy to understand and they both were very helpful and hands on when it came time for installation. As a result, we have a beautiful Endless Pool installed in our house and we are thrilled to have it and use it every day. We decided to get a swim spa right before the pandemic and because the factories closed - the whole experience took a lot longer than expected. Each step of the way Lifestyle Outdoor held our hand and helped us feel like we had the latest updates. I got my J345 a few months ago, and the service from both Jeff and Jenn throughout the whole process of setup and coaching me through maintenance etc has been incredible! I can't believe the time and energy they've spent with me to make me super confident in maintaining proper balance and care for the hot tub. Most importantly during the heat wave there was an electrical surge and one of the fuses in the hot tub went and Jenn helped coordinate with a local technician that was able to drop off a new fuse the very next morning and I was back up and running without skipping a beat! Good people, great service. I bought a Jacuzzi brand hot tub from Robert and he guided me through the entire process I'm 6'4 so needed length. We looked through the catalog and what was in the showroom and landed on the perfect one for me. I even did a "wet test" -- got into the hot tub and tried it out. They have great quality tubs. I was hesitant to go to a dealer, thought it would be easier to buy direct, but they work with you and have incentives/deals. Go see Robert at the Pasadena location, he'll hook you up! Aaron

I bought my hot tub here a few years ago, and until recently always had help from a friend with the maintenance. I could test the water and add chemicals as necessary, but draining and refilling the tub, a requirement three or four times a year, looked complicated. My friend moved away, and I decided I'd better learn how to do it by myself.
The owner's manual is actually pretty good; it could use a few more diagrams and pictures. There are pretty good tutorials on YouTube. I figured out how to empty the water, clean the tub and the filters, and refill it. But there was a trickle of water

Worked with Kelly to get a new spa to replace our broken spa. During the unusual circumstances of COVID stay at home recommendations, I was still able to pick a beautiful custom spa with Kelly's help - looking at colors online and getting her feedback on the colors and combinations in person.
We have a challenging pathway to remove the old and install the new spa. The delivery team was amazing and smiled through it all! We worked together to make the path as manageable as possible - they were great!
We are very happy with the process and our new jacuzzi spa!!

UPDATE Jul. 31, 2019: Poor customer service always seems to seep down from the top. Now I'm being told from the owner that I won't get any further service [some loss] unless I remove this review. Insert laugh emoji. He says this review is "inaccurate". I'm just reporting my experience and it is exactly my experience so far. I guess since they won't help me, let's see what other spa company can step up and provide adequate customer service and solve this leak.

My wife and I stumbled in here a year or so back window shopping and dreaming of having a spa in our own back yard. With my wife's birthday coming up I got the idea of surprising her with a new spa.
When I went back Kelly Lupori greeted me and after explaining a few minor details of what we were looking for (size, profile, 110 vs 220) she knew exactly which spa was right for us. I ended up going with the first one she showed me as it would fit 4 ppl but most the time will be just the two of us and be even roomier. The other nice perk was this could be connected to 110 rather then 220. We

They are great at selling you something.
When it comes to repairs, they leave you hanging... no business sense... buy your Spa from someone else, you're better off.
Beware: if for whatever reason they end the relationship to the manufacturer of your Spa, they leave you hanging.
All I needed were two standard heater gasket replacements to fix a leaky heater connector, per mfg instruction... apparently a standard part that is first to fail in a Spa... they can't help me, because they don't support the Spa brand I bought from them 7 years ago...
FAIL.
