Helpful in the store. Not helpful after. Waited 5 weeks longer than promised, not sure why they choose the business model of not ordering more stock before a big sale then make the customer suffer for their lack of planning. Since they didn't actually take money off during their "sale" they offered freebies. I got a pillow that hurts my neck, a mattress protector that I have to smooth out every morning because it wrinkles up under the sheets, and one other. They promised an extra "freebie " for the huge delay in delivery then didn't deliver it with the mattress and

We went to Mattress Firm here in Great Falls, Montana to buy a new Tempur-Pedic mattress for our master bedroom. There are several mattress stores here in town but what sold us was the "120 NIGHT SLEEP TRIAL" and then when we got there the salesman Zachary told us that they have a 365 day happiness guarantee so we thought even better. HOWEVER, we were NEVER told that it is was in FACT an exchange ONLY policy and that they do NOT give any refunds. Mattresses are wonderful, mattress shopping usually is not. Lying awkwardly on a mattress surrounded by strangers and pushy salesmen is not something my wife and I typically enjoy (sorry creepy fantasy people). Thankfully, our experience with Mattress Firm was nothing short of fantastic. Wes was very helpful and knowledgeable and worked hard to ensure we found something that fit our needs perfectly. I absolutely recommend him to anyone in search of a new mattress.

As always, dealing with bed supplies either requires maximum effort for a deal or high price tags for convenience. I'd say Mattress Firm at least makes dealing with a chain feel very local. They were extremely helpful and worked with me to not only apply a military discount, but agree of a deal with it being a holiday weekend. They also deliver in town for about 20 dollars. So again, you'll pay for what you need, but the service and responsiveness of the employees carries a great value. Additionally, the military discount is greatly appreciated.
