Quilter's, stitcher's & sewist's wonderland! This store has so many samples - I always leave inspired & refreshed. And, with a kit or books or notions or fabrics, of course! Staff has an amazing skillset & are happy to help, but they also give you your space (which I really appreciate). Store has a professional, friendly & fun vibe!

Just bought a Juki machine from Cheri! Cheri was wonderful. She spent an hour with me going over everything about the machine. She was very patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Of course I bought fabric before I left. They have a great selection and many beautiful quilts on display. Great quilt shop!

As a local, this is my go to quilt shop. All of the staff are knowledgeable and friendly and they have a great selection of fabrics and quilt supplies. The owner, Connie, takes a personal interest in each and every customer. I love that although I am a frequent shopper, each time I visit, I am greeted with warm smiles. I highly recommend Prickly Pear Quilts.

This is a small store but what wonderful fabric lines, patterns and examples. Kaffe Fasset, Allison Glass, Aardvark, Elizabeth Hartman.... But you like more traditional fabrics / she has those too. Staff is friendly, helpful. I'll have to find another reason to visit Helena now that I've seen the Capitol.

My wife has been talking about learning how to quilt for years. About six months ago we visited PPQ just to see if she saw anything interesting. After talking to the owner, Connie, my wife has finally jumped in and loves it. She purchased a Pfaff machine and started attending the classes and meet ups. She loves it. I would highly recommend this store to the beginner or the expert. They have access to tons of stuff and Connie is VERY knowledgeable in this craft.
