Great customer service. We had a small hiccup with the new tractor which was addressed in a rapid and professional manner. My hats off to the sales and service department for handling this issue in these days of shipping and logistical nightmares. Especially on a holiday week.

The staff goes above and beyond expectations. LS is a great tractor. It is my 4th tractor and the MT357 is the best tractor I have owned.

We purchased a new LS tractor from Sandyland Equipment several months ago & from the beginning their customer service was lacking horribly.
They promised that it would be delivered on a certain date & actually delivered it over a week late & we had ordered it with a cover over it & it was delivered without the top & it ended up being another 2 weeks before they came to install the cover over the tractor.
With only 36 hours on the tractor the front seal on the transmission started to leak. It took a week for them to come to pick it up for warranty repair.
When they came to pick it up the man

This a review of service as the jury is still out on the LS XR4041 I bought from Sandyland Equipment. I will post that review on the LS Website at a later date.
I've read the other reviews on this site about Sandyland Equipment and am bothered by them in that I have nothing but good things to say for Curtis and Bill, both of who spent a lot of time offering counseling and suggestions. Curtis was always available by phone whenever I had a question.
A few weeks after I purchased the tractor, I telephoned Sandyland looking for Curtis as I had a question about my tractor. Curtis listened patiently

Unprofessional and incompetent technical diagnosis. These people diagnose my Hydraulics problem to be a broken pump and broken hydraulics valve. They charge me 3.5 hours to diagnose the problem but never wrote what they diagnose on the invoice. Because they sounded so unprofessional (when they said that it would cost me $1400+ to fix the problems), I decided to bring my tractor to another LS tractor service dealer. That dealer diagnose the problem to be hydraulics fluid and not a broken pump and valve. Both parts were tested to be OK. It ended up costing me only $290 to have the problem fixed and

We had the power-steering cylinders on our Korean-made tractor rebuilt by Sandyland a couple of years ago. They did a great job with quick turnaround, given their need to order parts.
We now have a problem with the front-end loader cylinders and when I took them in, the current shop manager seemed less than interested in repairing them. The current shop manager is not the same person that I remembered from a couple of years ago.
His attitude and comments seemed to indicate that they would only service equipment that they had sold.
It's a shame. There seem to be fewer and fewer shops in the area
