Mark Roberts and Extreme Woodcare doubled my usable outdoor space with a stamped concrete floor and a grand cedar full patio cover tied into the roof of my home. Mark was great to work with and gave us a competitive price, and his crew got it done quickly.

After a year of interviewing over 10 different contractors, we went with Mark and his team and it was by far the BEST decision we made. Not only did his crew show up daily, but on time and worked full days. Their efficiency proved to be impressive as our
project was completed in less than a month. His pricing was extremely fair in comparison to the multiple quotes we received.
Mark or his son, Justin, would show up daily to inform us of what the day would look like. They kept us in the loop throughout the project, which made it less stressful for us.

I have to say that I was a bit skeptical at first since I was just trusting reviews online and do not know anyone that had work done by Extreme Woodcare. That said...WOW(check before &after photo) I am very happy with the way our patio and patio cover came out. The crew that works for Mark are seasoned professionals with plenty of experience.

Mark Roberts and his crews did a wonderful job with our Patio Cover. It took them just 3 days! Mark also took care of the electrical problem when one of our wires was cut by accident. He even took care of the paint to cover the holes that were drilled to the wall to fix the problem. He is very professional, easy to work with and always keeps me in the loop. I highly recommend his company to anyone needing home repairs or renovations. I will enjoy this Patio Cover so much. Thank you, Mark!

We absolutely love our new fence and gates! Mark's crew delivered a quality product that we know we will enjoy for years to come. Armando's craftmanship was amazing and came with ease. Mark and his crew did an amazing job installing our outdorr patio cover, fireplace and kitchen. As you can see from the pictures, they do quality work. The stamped concrete and stone work add a lot to the cedar covering that they attached to our garage. We are looking forward to spending a lot of time in this area. Mark is easy to work with and extremely prompt. I don't think I ever had a text message not returned the day that I sent it. He kept us updated on contractor and weather delays. We started this during the very wet month of June. My wife loves the final product. Thank you, Mark!

We hired Extreme Wood Care back in January to build a 20x16 covered pavilion with stamped concrete and a stone fireplace. Despite some setbacks due to unforeseen weather, we're very happy with the finished product. His crews were very professional and did a great job. One thing I really was impressed with is at the final inspection, the City of McKinney inspector told me "it's perfect!" As with any construction project, nothing will always go to plan. His normal plumber wasn't available so he had to use a backup plumber, and the plumber made some executive decisions that I wasn't 100% happy with

I had Extreme Woodcare build a fence and I couldn't be happier with it. Craftsmanship is well done and all interaction with the company was professional and friendly. From the first visit to get an estimate to completion they communicated well. I would recommend this company.

Mark and his crew did excellent work! They completed a stamped and stained concrete patio, a mini-gable patio cover tied to our existing roof, and a board on board fence and gate, all within a few days. Mark regularly checked in with us, and was extremely responsive to texts. He was patient when we changed a few options and added side beams at the… last minute so we could attach shades (something we initially forgot!). The work is beautiful, and the pictures don't do it justice. Extreme Woodcare transformed our tiny back yard into a space we can now more fully enjoy!

First let me start with the positive. The fence that Extreme Woodcare recently installed is beautiful and sturdy.
Mark on the other hand is one of the most unprofessional contractors we have ever used. We had an issue that should have easily been resolved but he instead yelled, asked for additional money and was flat out rude and aggressive. When they came back to stain the shed they damaged some property in the shed. When confronted he denied responsibility saying we should have moved the items ourselves. He was aggressive and rude texting "you won't get a dime from me. Take some responsibility

I cannot say enough good things about Mark and his company. First, he is proud of his product and he will tell you that in his first meeting. After that he shows you and you will understand why. He was at the job site everyday directing and making sure that the crew was doing everything as promised and the work was top quality. No scrimping on low cost materials or short cuts. I had a 30+ foot gate built from scratch and installed with new fencing within a one week period at a very reasonable price.

They do an awesome job!!! We had 5 different companies come out with estimates, and I was totally impressed with Mark. We love our fence and patio cover, and have even recommended him to friends. His prices are very reasonable, and they do great work!!! Do not listen to the negative reviews. You will be very glad you chose Extreme Wood Care!!! I've used this company for my own fence, the owner's business conduct "Mark" is shady , dishonest and lots and lots of lies, My biggest mistake was that i paid him for the work , he never finished and didn't give the money back , the city inspection failed on the part of work he did , even with all the paperwork we signed he just didn't honor his own contracts... after what happened to me i research the company and found that they even lied about their BBB accreditation, they are not accredited (http://www.bbb.org/dallas/business-reviews/fence-contractors/extreme-wood
