Services
Bail is the money that a defendant uses to be released from custody before a trial begins. It acts as a deposit to ensure that the defendant will show up to court. If the court appearance is skipped, the court can seize the bail. You can pay the bail with your own cash, but you would not be able to use that money until the legal process has been completed.
Your bail bond agent license expires every two years and will need to be renewed prior to the renewal date to avoid extra fees and any potential penalties. It is also a good practice to maintain contact and have good working relationships with other Bail Agents in the area, as well as staying up-to-date on the latest industry news.

Met Matt last night due to needing a bond for someone & he is one of the best bondsmen I've ever met. Loved his attitude & his laid back outgoing personality. Everyone knows when bonding someone out it can be very stressful & with Matt's personality it became less stressful instantly, even made me laugh a few times. I wish more bondsmen were like him & because of him I will for sure be a return customer if I ever need a bond again & will refer anyone needing a bond in the future. Thanks again.
