If I could give them 0 starts I would. I bought a car and it ran well for 2 weeks. After that, I had to replace tires, brakes, alternator, heater core, head gasket, and a cylinder head, and it’s still in the shop as I type to find what else is going on. Before this place sold it, it must have had a leak that they decided to put at least a ton of stop leak in. Now, I have not even had the car a full 6 months and have spent $4,000+. Do yourself a favor and either don’t buy here or inspect EVERYTHING!

By all means. Avoid this establishment. I bought a car on Manheim in July 2021 and it was this company that the car is from. They told me title wasn’t ready after I made payment. I waited for over 3 months. Today 10/25/21 the car was just picked up. But guess that. They have vandalized the car. Car won’t even start without a jump and once you move the car, it stops. Driver side wonder is broken and many scratches that were not in the picture posted o. Manheim website are there now. I called severally while while I was waiting for the title to be ready and whenever they tell me they will call

Do not use this auction. Purchased a vehicle last week, paid, arranged transportation, only to receive an email 2 days later that they pulled the vehicle and the selling dealer retailed the unit. Terrible customer service. Look elsewhere for inventory.

As a Transporter, i can say they have the Best employees with Outstanding customer support. On my first visit had a situation, and their employees did went the mega extra mile to help me out. Great experience.
