If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Horrible customer service!! Posting the rude emails they sent me on every site and social media platform that I can.
Order was beyond unsatisfactory! Dirty with black dust, scuffs and non-legible. Then they were difficult to work with to replace the order. Ended up getting a refund due to their RUDE, uncompassinate customer service. Was ordering breast cancer bracelets for a fund raiser. Never would I recommend this uncompassinate, unprofessional company to anyone. Waste of time to say the least! Don't waste your money or your time!

Customer Service Representative Stephanie was so helpful, nice & patience with me as she walked me through the process of ordering. I was up all night & kept messing up so it was both a Pleasant Surprise that a LIVE person answered the phone Right Away then Stephanie had me start over then was able to see my mistake & fixed it which in the end saved me $20! AWESOME!!

I order bands on online in November. I was super pleased with the quality and how I received them on time. The bands represented me being a brain tumor survivor and to bring awareness about brain tumors. I just ordered some on the phone with Shawn Lawlor due to not knowing how to reorder the same ones. He was very patient and detailed with giving me different price rates, and made me feel comfortable due to not trying to make me purchase more than I wanted and just stating the facts. Love this company and their products! Highly recommend!

I ordered custom bands a month in advance for my little sister's 21st birthday weekend. When they arrived, a week before her birthday, the print was very off center. I contacted the team to have the order replaced, but they were not able to provide the same color-filled ones by the time of my sister's birthday since the color processing takes place in China. I'm fairly disappointed.

I originally ordered from Reminderbands a month or so ago. At that time, the sizing recommendation on the website stated for a mixed group of children and adults, order medium. Based on the suggestion of the site, I ordered all medium bands. When the bands arrived, they barely fit a 130lb adult woman. I contacted the company because I was extremely disappointed that at their recommendation the bands would not fit the majority of the recipients. To WHOEVER I originally talked to, thank you. Worked with Shawn Lawlor to order 1,000 wristbands for my company. He was incredibly helpful and understanding even though we wanted a custom color, font, and image, and despite us changing our minds multiple times throughout the process. The bands were produced very quickly and shipped OVER THE WEEKEND-- out on a Friday and arrived at the office by Monday. Overall, I seriously recommend Reminderband!

With the passing of a close relative, we reached out to Reminderband to have some commemorative wristbands made for the funeral. I had the pleasure of working with Shawn Lawlor, who is an absolute stud. He provided direction for me and offered his professional opinion on what would be the best thing for our situation.
