Accurate Refrigeration Design had to design a insulated blast freezer floor because we could not dig up the concreate for the blast freezer floor in the production area because they could not shut down for construction. So we designed a 3" thick raise 1/4" thick diamond plate floor all made custom out tubed aluminum studs with 3" square tubing and sued 40PSI insulation in-between the tubes shown in blue prints.
The Coolers and Freezers are made with premium components and custom made doors. Cam-lock design for easy installation and customer convenience. Manufactured with and without insulated floors. Each refrigeration system is custom designed for your specific requirements. Interior and exterior finishes available in; galvanized steel white or embossed, stainless steel or aluminum.
We will engineer and design to your specific requirements for indoor or outdoor applications. Panels are available with a Plastisol finish for wash down areas, Kynar exterior finish, stainless steel and other industrial finishes. Our complete refrigeration systems are designed with the highest energy efficiency available.
We use efficient, high capacity refrigeration systems for specialized applications for your blast cooler or freezer. Each blast cooler or freezer is custom engineered and constructed to meet the customer's specific requirements. Blast coolers and freezers are designed to direct airflow through the product and not just around it.
