Awesome, Clean, Laundromat with fantastic service!
I have used the self serve laundromat for a few months now (as we are renovating) and love how clean and nice they keep it. Finally used their drop off service and I am completely impressed! It was so fast, and they folded everything impeccably! It was a real treat having everything folded so perfectly and super clean!

Thanks Ms Amy. And thanks to the three customers, one elderly, one a young woman and a young man, for making this my first visit, a pleasurable experience.
They appear to do deliveries, with a section for customers to have laundry dropped off. For those like myself who need to wash, they have ample washing machines and dryers. Also, credit/debit cards are accepted, but require that funds be placed on an in-laundromat card. (A picture may be added after posting this review, to show what the card looks like)
First time patrons may do one of two things first. Either
1) load the washing machines

I felt like this laundromat offered great service; during the craziness of the last school year my family had laundry piled up like nobody's business! One very busy staff member at Amy's handled 6 loads for me (plus a king size comforter) over the course of two trips in a 3-day span. My laundry was weighed, washed & dried... and folded better than even my MIL could do. And that's a high bar to clear! With the national coin shortage, I have been unable to get quarters from the bank to do laundry at my apartment complex. In frustration, I researched laundromats near me and found Amy’s! I am so glad I did. They use a card system so I no longer have to worry about finding quarters. It’s a little more expensive to do laundry here than it was at my apartment, but it’s something I can get past. I’ll pay a little bit more if it means I don’t have to hunt for quarters! The staff was also very friendly and very helpful.

They are the greatest service I think I have ever used. Easy, to use, clothes done perfectly, and they didn’t even let me take it out to my car! They insisted they bring it out themselves. Prices are more than reasonable. This has made my life easier and I can’t believe I haven’t used them before. They are the only place I will go.

I love this laundromat! It’s clean, well-lit, and everything is well-maintained. Even the outside is clean and inviting. The lady that runs it and seems to be there every time I go is very friendly and helpful. I only go here every couple of months to do large items that won’t fit in my washer at home, so she helps me figure out which size washer works best for what I’m washing.

I've been coming to this laundry facility to clean my cloths for work for years. (Owner of a cleaning company here!) I've seen the massive renovation, huge amounts of love, and incredible attention to detail that Amy has done to make this laundromat into more than just that. The staff always has a smile on their face, is willing to help & consistently send me the cleanest rags I've ever had.
They embrace the community and, I can see how the community has embraced them back. It's a lovely visit every time...

Our washing machine broke the day before family was visiting so we looked up Amy's. The customer service was amazing as I've never been here and I got the full tour of the place. The young lady working there didn't leave our side until we understood everything about the place. The place is very clean and modern and would definitely use this place again.

I haven't frequented a laundromat in many years, but a broken dryer sent me on a desperate search for a place to clean my family's quickly accumulating (and stinky) laundry.
I had passed this place on my way to drop my daughter at gymnastics and it seemed convenient. My first impression at walking in the door was how bright and clean it was. Everything looks well maintained and the machines are high quality.
I must have looked like a deer in the headlights as I stood at the machine to purchase a laundry card. One of the very friendly staff members was right there to help me purchase

**REVISED: Back in 2018 I had a horrible experience with the old owners and workers. I was pregnant and felt like I was personally scolded for taking too long. Fast forward to this year, I hear a new owner has taken over. I give it another try because the location is so convenient for me. I must say the place has changed 200% it is clean, the ladies who work there are lovely!! There are paper towels for the sink in the back finally. I personally love the drop off services, with a 1 year old its much easier. I personally spoke with Amy about how impressed I was! Thank you for making this a much

I am very disappointed in the customer service that I have received. The dryer did not dry my items throughly, and I have used the same amount of quarters prior to this incident, and the towels were dry completely. I brought this issue to the worker, who seems to have been the owner, and she was extremely unprofessional. She yelled at me and was very disrespectful. She approached me unprovoked and told me to leave and bring my items somewhere else. I will no longer be using this service, and I am ashamed that such poor customer service exists in Westminster.

Well the Main Street Laundry is under new management and the place is super clean! Amy the new owner is so friendly and clearly understands that customer service is key. If you have your own washer and dryer consider occasionally taking but items there and save your washer at home and get those bulky things washed and dried in less than an hour. I wanted to start the new year with clean clothes so I took all my laundry there. Perfect use of my time! Thanks Amy I hope you have success in abundance!
