I feel foolish, I had my hearing tested, I was told I needed hearing aids. I purchased the mid range because it was recommended by the option of my circumstances of what would work for me. I got them because insurance told me it was covered. Ashland audiology knew they didn't cover that model. So now my choice is paying 1200 to keep them or 800 to return them.

Ashland Audiology provided the services I needed and did it without delay. I'm happy with their care and their charges. I normally receive my audiology care from VA, but I used Ashland Audiology for care that was unavailable from VA for a variety of reasons. Their expertise, and friendly care puts them above other audiology clinics I've used, both in VA and other private practice clinics.

I was very pleased going to Doctor Bill. He was very friendly and very professional. His staff was also very polite and helpful..Felt very comfortable getting my hearing aids from Ashland Audiology. I would definitely recommend their services to my friends and relatives. Now I am hearing almost 100%.
