Kyle is a partner with Burress Law. He provides clients with his expertise in the preparation and trial of catastrophic personal injury cases. Born and raised in Central Texas, Kyle obtained his undergraduate degree from Concordia University in Austin, Texas. Kyle went on to earn his law degree from St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas.
I have tried over 150 jury trials in my 20+ year career, in Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma and Federal Courts: spending over a decade defending cases for a couple of major insurance companies, so I know their tricks better than most. I've been sent to multiple trial schools by insurance giants, so I know firsthand how they are training the lawyers who are going to try and limit your recovery.
Josh is an associate attorney with Burress Law. He spent the first 7 years of his practice on the defense side, working with some of the largest insurance carriers in both the U.S. and out of the Lloyd's Market in London.
That experience gave him incredible insight into how personal injury cases are litigated, tried and valued from a defense perspective, which allows him to be a better advocate and attorney for plaintiffs facing what can be one of the most difficult times in their lives.

This firm is absolutely top notch. The insurance company offered to pay only half my medical bills. Burress law firm took them to trial, and argued on my behalf. I hope I never get injured in a car crash again but Burress law will be my first call.
Not only did the insurance company have to pay for my bills, Jason made them pay 9 times over their insulting initial offer. Without them I would have been out thousands on an accident that wasn’t even my fault.

After getting in an accident, dealing with the other driver's insurance was extremely difficult. We couldn't get them to respond and had no clue how to go through this process, especially since my boyfriend (who was driving) received a traumatic brain injury. It was so stressful dealing with their insurance, the emergency room bills, and all of his follow up appointments with the neurologist and orthopedic surgeon along with everything else in our lives. Jason Burress a great job for me in my time of need. I was rear ended a few years ago by an inattentive driver. After the hospital, I couldn't find a doctor who would see me. My family doctor told me he didn't see car accident patients even if it was not their fault. I knew Jason from Starbucks and knew several people he had helped.
