FlyinNeedle Embroidery, LLC is owned and operated by Caren and David Snyder in the small town of Roanoke in Indiana. They chose to call Roanoke home because of its "Mayberry" appeal. It truly is a wonderful place to live, work, and shop. We opened our business in 2011 and quickly grew into a store front in downtown Roanoke.

What is your return policy? An embroidered item can be returned if there is a mistake by us or the item is defective. Please, notify us within 7 days. FlyinNeedle Embroidery will replace this defective item. Embroidered items cannot be returned for size issues. How soon can I receive my order?
After the artwork has been approved and order has been placed by customer, the order should be completed within 10 days, depending on the size of the order.Customer will be advised if time frame is longer.
