Haynes Equipment is a professional manufacturer's representative. As a salesperson for one of Haynes' vendors, I've found Haynes' personnel to always be willing to listen to what our needs are but yet fight for the best interests of their customers. Municipalities/end users are in good hands with Haynes Equipment -Olathe.

I recently contacted Haynes Equipment through their website for a client relationship I have with a municipality in their area, even though I had know idea what details I could help my client with, I had heard enough of Hayne's reputation in the industry. I couldn't be more pleased how quickly Kevin responded and how he was able to take my clients (large) project and put them on the right path, I got a happy client I could help and Kevin got them into a process they could digest. Very poor customer service. They replaced our grinder pump two years and three months ago. I called them immediately when my grinder pump alarm went off. I didn't think I was still under warranty, but was very upset by the technicians treatment. He said it was $100 an hour, with a two hour minimum. When I asked if we received any kind of discount for having just had them install a new one, he said absolutely not. I think it matters what is wrong with the pump, if it is clogged, not their fault, but if it is broken, maybe they should assume some responsibility. However, their rudeness was so bad

I can't say enough good things about this company. We called them when our grinder pump went out. They were quick to get here and loaned us a pump until ours could be serviced. Both service technicians, Adam and Eric were the nicest guys and provided us with helpful information to prevent future problems. Trevor in the office was polite and easy to work with when it came to paying for the work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone in need of help with sewage equipment.
