When researching many window installation companies, 1 company stood out far above the rest (Zen Windows). From the estimate to the installation, every step was smooth and easy. Easy to work with. The installers we're also very polite and respectful to our home. Protective covers on floors and furniture. As far as the product goes, we are very happy with the look, feel, and operation of our new windows and door.

The ABSOLUTE best. Totally lives up to their name. It was a calm, honest, and caring experience. Matt took care of us with a great estimate, good advice, and no pressure. Their installation crew, Brent and Brandon, were the best! They were clean and professional, they handled a curve-ball my house threw at them quickly, expertly, and without additional cost! I really didn't think folks like Zen existed in the remodeling world anymore. I always felt like a valued customer, never a nuisance or a wallet. I cannot recommend them enough!

Am unsure who I spoke with since the lion crackled slightly right as she said it but she was very polite and nice. Where do I begin, we 100% recommend Zen Windows! They have been absolutely amazing to work with! We still have our phase 2 to continue but our phase 1 just completed and we couldn’t be more excited! We started… the process back in July 2020 but covid clearly changed everything for waiting for the manufacturer to send the windows. Not Zen’s fault at all! We have been very flexible with them and they have customized every little detail we have wanted! We are redoing all our windows and back sliding door to a more updated craftsman look! We had Zen Windows replace every window in our house this spring. The process was even easier than I hoped for. With no sales pressure, super responsive to questions and just overall easy to work with. They 100% stick to the price they quote you even if something unexpected pops up. We had a change that had to be made to our bedroom windows that caused the price of the windows to go up and they did not charge us anymore than what was first quoted. Brian, our installer and his team did amazing work making sure everything was perfect and the way we wanted it and always left their work areas spotless

Yes, I would recommend Zen Windows to my family and friends! Everyone was so nice and answered any of my questions. Rob and his worker were very nice and took care of cleaning up after their work was done, enjoyed them as very friendly and did excellent work. Matt stopped over after the windows were installed and asked if I had any questions. It was very nice to finally meet Matt. Thank you Alix, Matt, and employess.

Zen windows is a great company run by fantastic people. From the 1st quote to the install everything worked out better than I expected. The owner is very knowledgable about the products they sell and the install crew (Brian and crew) knows their business and do a great job. If the need every arises I would definitely do business with them again!!! 5 Star operation!

Wow! What an awesome experience. The crew that came out to install, was just amazing! They were so kind in accommodating some special requests that I had, and it was honestly a pleasure to have them in our home working. The ease of scheduling everything was the reason we booked with them, and they did not disappoint at any point throughout the… process. Everything looks amazing and we are so thankful that we chose Zen. We will be calling them again if we ever need anything, and we will recommend them to anyone who needs windows in the area. Brian and crew were just so great!
