Had jeff do my rims did a horrible job had runs and all the spokes on the edges had build up sprayed way to heavy asked him to redo them and told him i would pay extra for a good job, came back next week to pick them up said he had the same issues but to find out he never redid them cause i marked them in a few places and the drip and puddles where all the same confronted him about it and he continued to lie to my face. another thing he destroyed my aluminun forged valve stems that where 100 for 4 and i had to buy new ones which was my fault that i didnt remove them but i figured u guys would have

I dropped my rims off and was guaranteed by the secretary at the front desk that nothing leaves the shop unless it is perfect. I asked him if they can be completed by a certain date and I said to call me if he could not meet that deadline or if he had any issues.
I showed up to pick up my rims to see them swinging from the chains, they were powder coated on, tapping each other and the chain swiping across the front of the rims. I was rushed to put the product within my vehicle without inspection and now I know why. During this time he claimed that he was behind on other projects and the fact that

Let me go into some detail here. But first, I highly recommend Jeff.
First his work is fantastic, And his prices are just right. Some lower cost places will give you a lower quality result. Jeff is affordable and the results outshine that price point.
Now on to communication. He's really good at responding during the day, Now keep in mind he is doing work all day, So don't expect instant, But he will get back to you.
Lastly, Afterwords he will discuss the project or item with you. I had a third party involved in my project, And Jeff kept in contact with us both.
