Everyone was super nice and professional. Curtis kept me up to date on the work as it was happening and gave me important tips on how to prevent other mold problems. It was a pleasure working with everyone on the crew. Most importantly, of the three mold remediation companies I interviewed, only MoldGone was able to diagnose the extent of the mold. Had I gone with one of the other companies, the problem would have been hidden but not solved.

This was a great experience. I am very happy to have found Moldgone LLC. Everything was smooth from start to finish. The inspection was fast and simple, I received the quote quickly and the price could not be beat. They set the appointment and all communication in between were timely and informative. Jason & Curtis were my techs. They were friendly, fast, thorough, and did a wonderful job cleaning the model and repairing the area. I hope I never have mold again, but if I do, I will call them! Jason and Curtis were the team assigned to us, but it started with their manager/supervisor who did the first assessment. He was punctual, professional and polite in how he conducted himself. He made sure he adequately checked each area of concern and his team came through and continued the work. Mike M. came out to do a visual inspection of our condo building's hallway vent b/c it has some black mold spores all over it (thankfully, he diagnosed that the mold was just topical and not severe). He was very professional, not only in explaining his assessment, but also in sending me the diagnosis in writing afterwards so that I could present his recommendations to our condo board for next steps. We have had Moldgone out to our house more than once for water issues in our basement. Because we have serious allergies in our family, we can't take any chances with mold growth. Most recently Jon came out and gave us the best, most upfront, no nonsense mold inspection we have ever had. He recommended another company that could help us with the water intrusion and they were also great to work with. If you are looking for someone knowledgeable, practical, and honest please just call Moldgone. We don't want anyone else to go through what we did before Moldgone helped us out.

Joe at MoldGone is a real hero. We had several water issues in our basement and despite the heavy demand for his services he made time to come out and look at our problems. He spent time assessing each issue and offering helpful advice about how to fix things even though he said we didn't need his services. And he didn't charge for this vital service. I had called several other companies who offered NO help or wanted to charge $250 just to come out and look at things. I STRONGLY recommend this company!!!! j Joe is the best!

These guys are beyond phenomenal! We recently discovered that water had been collecting behind one of our basement walls due to a landscaping issue. I called MoldGone on a Saturday morning hoping to have someone come out on Monday or Tuesday. Joe answered the call and mentioned that he would be in the area that day, and would be happy to stop by after his last appointment.

Very few companies run a business the way Joe does, with the client first. There was a small miscommunication on my job (I was very concerned moving into a new home with a mold issue and my first baby on the way), and Joe personally came out the next day and made it right. I hope I never have a mold issue again, but if I do they are the only company I would work with. Stop looking around and call MoldGone.

I called MoldGone because of the reviews on Yelp and they lived up to the expectations. They came out for a consultation on mold my home inspector had identified. In about 30 seconds they were able to identify the mold, the cause, and provided a DIY solution. ServiceMaster would have burned my house down to get rid of the mold and charged me $10,000 to do it.
I'm very grateful MoldGone was honest about how to mitigate the mold, provide in-depth knowledge on mold and my basement, and then charge me HALF of their usual fee

I am renovating my house, and unfortunately, a bunch of water entered the house during the past few months. My architect said I need a mold inspection.
Mold Gone reviewed well so I gave them a call. I organized the visit with Mike and it was Jay that came out from MoldGone to give the inspection. He listened and really gave a thoughtful analysis. I would have happily paid for the inspection, although it was free!
