Oral W Smith Abstracter

Oral W. Smith is a lifelong Orange County resident and has been in the title business since he was in high school. After graduation, he continued on to get his B.P.S. from Pace University while continuing to work in the title insurance business. In 1981, Oral W. Smith finished his degree and started his own agency, which has been in existence ever since.

Over the past 30 years, he has achieved an unparalleled level of expertise in Title Insurance business practices and is very knowledgeable of New York State Real Estate Law.
