We have one of the largest showroom in Southern California dedicated year round to wood/gas/pellet burning stoves, inserts, fireplaces. We also offer gas/pellet/charcoal grills and the related BBQ accessories.
Services
Fireplace inserts are designed to be installed in to a functioning fireplace, masonry or zero clearance (ZC) with a stainless steel liner pipe extended from the insert through the existing chimney all the way to the top. This "retrofit" converts your poor functioning fireplace in to an efficient heater.
These log sets are a complete kit designed for use in a vented wood burning fireplace with Natural Gas. L.P. Gas units are available. For more than 65 years R.H. Peterson's Real Fyre has been creating the most beautiful gas fire products you can buy. They build gas fire logs so authentic looking, they're equally beautiful with or without a fire burning.
Fireplace Glass Doors are not only decorative but functional too. However, most of us see the decorative aspect as the primary appeal. Adding or replacing an old fireplace door can do wonders to the look of an old fireplace. The doors can become a focal point on a fireplace, or it can blend in and compliment a fireplace.

I needed a a grate, screen, and tools to complete our masonry fireplace. We've waited for months because we were busy decorating our house since our move a few months ago. I've always seen San Bernardino Fireplace for years and now with our house it made it a no brainer to visit. I visited this store and met with Dennis. Dennis was nice and also asked what I needed for my fireplace. I gave Dennis the dimensions I was looking for and recommended the pieces I needed. Very impressed. Great showroom and they will help you pick out the right logs for your fireplace. They have gas and electric plus all the bling to make your fireplace shine. The installer showed up early and was very professional. Install went perfect. Our new gas logs work great and look perfect. Great price for logs and installation.

We bought our gas log set from the San Bernardino Fireplace. I went there because I wanted to support a local small business, and I wasn't disappointed. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and made sure we knew about the AQMD rebate program. The installer was very professional, and walked me through how to light the new gas fireplace burner. They also sell pellet stoves, ventless systems, and even BBQ grills and accessories (if you need Weber parts, go there). I recommend this shop highly!

Long term customer, tech from SB fireplace diagnosed a problem with my fireplace insert Prior to Thanksgiving 2020. Told I would receive a phone call within 3 days ,No call 4 weeks later I called , Return message apologizing would call be back with update from Sue. Week later now Dec 4th negative updates on repair status. I have referred many people to this business over the years, hate to give a bad review. I can live with a Covid delayed part not arriving , phone call would be a nice gesture.

Wow what a beautiful job they did on my fireplace surround and gas log set! They came out and measured and then the COVID closure happened. Well, just as promised they called when our glass doors were ready. They came out and installed and everything looks beautiful and works great! They are professional! They are on time for appointments! I highly recommend San Bernardino Fireplace!

If I could give a negative star I would. NEVER do business with these people. They have horrible customer service and really DO NOT care what- so-ever about their poor service. They do not follow up on projects and do not communicate to the customer. I had (what I thought) put an order in for fireplace doors. When they came out, I specifically told them I wanted to order them.
Four weeks later I called to find out the status of the order only to find out they were never ordered. If they needed information from me to proceed with the order, why was there no communication about that??? They are

Needed to replace a gas fireplace fan speed controller. Took a little work researching the part but they had it and was $7.00 cheaper than any internet price i found the night before. At the bottom of the mountian near the Hwy 330, it was simple to pick it up and head back up the mountain.
Lots of nice fireplace inserts and stand alone old cast iron type furnaces too. Enjoyed conversation and a couple good laughs with the store employees and owners. Great place and going back soon for more things for the fireplace.

So glad we went with San Bernardino Fireplace for our insert. We had a couple of estimates and they came out on top with both value and installation. One company stated we would have the insert raised out on to our rock surround. Ours looks like the rock were put in after the insert. Beautiful !!!

The service I recieved from the ladies was fine. After I bought my stove, however, the service I recieved from the men was awful. They were so rude.
I had questions about installation. The guy actually sighed on the phone like I was bothering him. He also just hung up without saying goodbye or anything. After spending so much with this company. you'd think they could be a little pleasent. I wouldnt go back if I didnt have to. They need a wake-up call. They wouldnt even give us any kind of bargain after buying a stove and a BBQ. Other stores will throw in

Now this is a place that I will come back to when I run out of supplies for grilling and smoking purposes.
I saw this store from the exit i take when i have to go to San Manuel casino. I was so happy i remembered to stop here, cause it was in a place of interest.
When I walked in the door I passed by a few smokers outside the front door and I was greeted by a very nice woman who asked if she could help me with anything. I told her that I was just looking around. I had asked were their grilles and smokers were and she pointed me in the right direction.
