Promotion LA are crooks of the highest sort. Their owner, Lee Mamane, routinely lies to his customers about their services and has even admitted that he makes his contracts intentionally vague in order to confuse them.
On top of that, he doesn't actually know anything about digital marketing. He struggles to understand even the most basic concepts and could not explain even to this day how paid ads work or how to get leads from them.
