He is AMAZING!! My mom called to schedule his services and the week of, the weather turned and it poured!! She called and rescheduled without ANY problems!! I was amazed at how great they looked!! The next day it rained again!! He gave us a "rain guarantee", but it wasn't needed, they still looked great after the storm! But it was nice to know he would come back if needed!

On 6/27/14 Had Window Cowboy's clean my windows, screens and blinds as well as the homes exterior. I was disappointed in how the project was handled as Brian had only 1 guy come out. He arrived at 7am (30 min late) and was still working after 5pm. This was not a small job and should have been handled by at least 2 people or even 3. Matt was doing his best but again way too big a job for one person. He was exhausted by the end of the day so I understand his missing cleaning several of the tracks. We've been using Window Cowboys for the last few years and have been very happy with their service. Bryan is a great guy and is continually improving his service. For example, he's found a process using deionized water that allows him to wash narrow windows faster because he doesn't have to use a squeegee. It also allows him to bring much less water into the house in general, which leads to less mess.
