Wish I could give them ZERO stars!
They never answer the phone no matter what department you choose to speak too. After 2 hours of trying I finally spoke to someone who was beyond rude!
Because of them I had to return the IRS money a year later ... they dnever notified me anything about W-2 and when I told them they said they don’t send them to anyone’s home and that they don’t notify you when to pick them up either! Worst place ever!! Don’t work for them you’ll end up returning money just because they are too lazy to notify anyone about their W-2....
