I had a faulty Samsung panel in my 75" brand new TV (something extraordinarily common lately - buyer beware!) that was purchased from Best Buy but had a warranty program from Best Buy that funneled the service to Lowell Electronics. Their customer service was fantastic, prompt, courteous and exceptionally honest. A complete 180 from dealing with Samsung customer service direct. Highly recommend for service and also check them out if you're looking for TV's as well.

Our satisfaction was confirmed each step of the way.
The result is excellent, including a very professional cable run. Our broadcast TV increased from 3 to 34 channels, with great reception in extreme rural Benton County, Arkansas.
