Benford Protection Group (BPG) is a privately owned, registered, licensed, and insured security agency with corporate offices in Chicago, Illinois. BPG is a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) & Veteran Owned Business Enterprise (VOBE). Our Executive and Management team has over 150 years combined experience in law enforcement, military, and corporate security matters.
Executives face threats that vary widely depending on the industry, size of the company, geopolitical locations, and the individual's profile. The high-rise building was without power during different intervals of the day creating hot and uncomfortable conditions for tenants. The BPG site supervisor and his team member assisted client staff with checking in on the senior community and distributed water to those in need. BPG officers escorted tenants from their units to the lobby area where it was more comfortable away from the extreme heat.

There is nothing good regarding this company. The guards are always sleeping, never awake and never doing their job except sleeping. My mother lives in Joliet in the apartment buildings and this company is security for the property. When i come to visit my mother these security guards are always sleeping late at night, and never take their job serious. When you talk to the employees they all dont want to be there, this is a sad company.

I had hired this company to secure my property, this was a huge mistake. The guards were never there, or always sleeping. Guards were not attentive, would always leave never around. I called the corporate office and talked to the owner several times, he assured me he would change the guards and he never did and if he did he sent worse guards then before. I eventually terminated services with this company and hired a much better company, and when I did the owner called me to ask why and had a nasty attitude on the phone. I explained I never saw a supervisor, or representatives from the company.
