Bur Mar's Shoes

I purchased hand painted Danskos and received them sooner than the estimated delivery. I was very impressed by them and have received a lot of compliments on them. I would purchase again from this company.

Kathy & all of her staff are incredibly knowledgeable about fit, style, and customer needs/satisfaction. They are ready to give advice for the shopping experience that will benefit you in the long term scheme of things. Their selection is second to none in the state--especially for Danskos.

Called to do a price match and spoke with Kathy (Owner). She was very friendly and matched the discount that was shown from another website. We did the transaction over phone and the shoes were shipped on the same day! Highly recommend shopping with them!

I order a pair of hand painted clogs. It was supposed to take 4-6 weeks for them to be made(charged my credit card immediately), after 3 months I cancelled the order. I have emails that stated they would refund the $219 I am owed but 7 months later no refund. Crooks!! I filed a dispute with my credit card but BurMar's did not cooperate and due to length of time cc company couldn't do anything about it!! Very disappointed.

I would not recommend ordering anything from BurMar. I ordered a pair of sandals on Mar. 29. They charged my card on Mar. 31. And never had the merchandise. They told me 2 weeks ago they shipped, but still no goods, no tracking info and also now they won't even respond to me. But yet they have charged my credit card for almost 6 weeks now. DO NOT order from them!!

She is not honest, do not order from them! I ordered over the phone, she charged my card and four weeks later still hadn't received my shoes. She lied to me and blamed UPS for weeks. She never responded to my emails and I had to dispute the charge! Don't buy from them, she never ordered my shoes in the first place.

I'm not really sure if these people are fraudulent or simply a totally incompetent small business. I ordered shoes from them in January. They charged my credit card upon order, but shipped over three weeks later (after repeated requests for info). The shoes were the wrong size. They agreed to exchange them. I sent them back. 4 weeks after they received them, I was stilll bothering them to find out when the new shoes would ship. They invariably said "soon" except for the time they said they had shipped them but would send the tracking number later. Needless to say, I never received

Do not order anything from them! I ordered three pairs of jeans, returned two of them. They never issued credit. After disputing it with my credit card, which removed the charges, they charged me the same amount again. I will certainly keep disputing, but in the modern day of the Internet commerce, this is a nuisance.

Great selections for the middle of south dakota, friendly staff and a passionate manager.
