My doctor sent a referral over for a home sleep study. I'm not sure that they every actually got it sent, but the ladies at Choice Medical got on it immediately. During my first call to check the status of the order they could not locate it, but took all of my information and set it up anyway. I received excellent customer service both on the phone and in person. You guys have an excellent team! Thanks so much.

The best owner and people. I’m from out of town, and I forgot a piece of my breast pump. I went to Choice Medical for help. (I had already been to multiple big chain retail stores) He just gave me a breast pump.😭💜

I have had many good experiences with Choice Medical and recommend them highly. I have recently gone on Medicare and needed a new C-PAP machine. Connie Collier at Choice has been a great help, walking me through the process of doctor visits, setting up a new sleep study, and completing the paperwork needed for Medicare to cover my equipment. Connie's the best! Choice Medical will always be my go-to for medical equipment needs.

I am a disabled veteran and was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea. I was directed to use Choice Medical as the provider for the CPAP machine. From the very first call I made to them and spoke to Jenna, to the fitting and beyond I have had nothing but good experience. In a time where good customer support is becoming harder and harder to find, Jenna was a refreshing change. She knew exactly what I needed to do and the forms I needed in order to get my CPAP. She stayed on the line while I spoke to somebody else to get a fax number and not once did I get a feeling that she was annoyed or anything

I needed medical equipment assistance after a family illness and called Choice Medical. I am so happy that I did! The friendly people who work there could not have been nicer or more helpful. Aurora was of great assistance to me during my purchase and offered help after I got home if I needed it. They all were kind, understanding, and helpful. Should I need any further medical supplies or equipment, I will be calling on them again. They have GREAT customer service!

I was visiting family in Abilene (six hours away from our home) and forgot to pack a charger/cord to a critical piece of medical equipment for my granddaughter. Without the amazing help and kindness of Ty and other personnel at Choice Medical Supply, our weekend would have been cut short and we would have had to return home. They were great! We can't thank them enough. I highly recommend them!

Aurora was especially helpful as I waded into the daunting task of wearing compression stockings all the time. She made sure that I had the right size and helped search for the color that would be most helpful. She ended up ordering the pair that would be most what I needed and I have been very satisfied. My insurance company would not pay for the shower bench my doctor had determined I needed for my safety. So the owner of Choice Medical valued me as a good customer and discounted the bench plus gave me a reasonable payment plan. I can not thank him enough. I have always had the best service with Choice Medical. I WILL CONTINUE TO GET ALL MY SUPPLY needs at Choice Medical.
