Not professional, Worst plumber ever! Brought his gf to the job. Ran the auger line with only one tool for 1 min, 1 time and claimed the clog was cleared. I asked him to run the auger with the attachment that removes roots and he told me he only had the one tool. Only ran about 11 foot my line is 40 ft. long.Three days later same problem with drain. Waist of my time and money, wont bother calling back.

These guys are absolutely the best there is in the business. My only complaint is that they don't charge enough and so I tip them just to ease my conscience. They are not a big fancy company but they have great equipment and know how to use it. Talk to Tammy and if you get John and Matt out they will not let you down. If they can't open your sewer line, nobody can and it will be time to spend big money. But at least you will know for sure that it can't be cleared before you have to go further.

We had a stoppage in both sinks one of which is the disposal side with water spurting out of the pipes unto the kitchen floor Friday night after dinner. We called our contractor, Brian, with Kastle Contracting, who we trust and who has always done excellent work for us. He was unable to come, but suggested we call R & S Sewer. We left a message initially, but within 10 minutes, if that, we got a call back immediately from Jennifer to schedule with Jimmy for the morning.
